Order
At this time, we currently ship within the U.S. only, however we’re actively working on expanding our shipping options. If you're located outside the U.S. and interested in placing an order, feel free to contact us — we may be able to arrange a custom shipping solution for you.
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, economy delivery within the U.S. usually takes 5-8 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.
Our laptop and tablet sleeves are available in several sizes to ensure the best fit for your device. Please refer to our Size Guide to find the right match. Most devices will fit the size listed, but if your laptop is on the thicker side, you may want to size up for a more comfortable fit. Our iPad sleeves are also designed to hold the Apple Pencil or a similar stylus alongside the device. Still not sure? Contact us — we're happy to help you find your perfect fit.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please allow 2–3 business days for confirmation.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase. Once your return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the preferred item.

You can clean and wipe off most stains on MIRUM® with warm water; if a clean result is not obtained, try a small amount of a mild detergent.
